This new edition of the Group 27 Lite Radial Magnet is designed for a .630" ID Can. The nominal installed ID of the magnets is just over .500". That translates to a very light hone to get to the final bore diameter and the generous tip radius reduces the likelihood of a chipped tip from being too sharp. Even with the thinner profile the grade of magnet material still yields a very strong field.
